If you have received your order at home, you have 14 days to return the package to us. (All orders placed after 23 November 2023 will have an extended return period up to 7 January 2024.) All original packaging must be returned with the product, without damage. We can only accept your return if the hygiene stickers are still on the watch. Please inform us about your return via info@masculino.eu.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the product. All our returns are strictly controlled and checked. If your returned product does not meet the above requirements, we will inform you.
You can return free of charge up to an amount of €5,75. We will add the shipping costs to your refund. These return charges are calculated on the cost of a package from DHL
Netherlands
Within the Netherlands, we can deliver your package in approximately 2 working days (if ordered before 16:00). No shipping costs are charged for orders in the Netherlands.
Europe
Within Europe, delivery takes between 1 and 10 working days. Shipping to countries in Europe will be shipped for only €7.50 shipping costs

When you buy an item from Masculino, we guarantee that the product is and will remain in good condition as expected with normal use of it.
In the unexpected event of a defect, a warranty period of 2 years covers every Masculino product. The warranty covers all defects caused by manufacturing faults.
